A checklist is not just a list of tasks. It is a tool that should help the team act efficiently, quickly, and without errors.<\/p>

But very often they simply don't work. Why?<\/p>

*People don't understand "why"\u00ab<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>

When an administrator or waiter does not understand why these items are being completed, the checklist becomes a formality.<\/p>

*No one checks the implementation<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>

No control \u2013 no results. If the administrator or owner does not check, the checklist is simply signed \u201cjust in case\u201d.<\/p>

*No connection with the result<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>

Employees do not see how high-quality execution of checklists affects service, sales, or guest satisfaction.<\/p>

*No liability<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>

No one explained what would happen if something wasn't done. Lack of discipline = lack of system.<\/p>

*Incorrectly completed checklist<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>

Often, the items are written in general or irrelevant terms. For example, \u00abcheck the hall,\u00bb but what exactly should you check?<\/p>

\u2013 explain to each employee why it is important;
\u2013 regularly check implementation;
\u2013 introduce responsibility and motivation;
