And there are things that the owner doesn&#039;t see, but for which he pays every day.\u00a0<strong>There are several examples that I want to give you:<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-61d7377 thim-ekits-heading-text-left elementor-widget thim-ekits-heading elementor-widget-thim-heading\" data-id=\"61d7377\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"thim-heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"sc_heading text-left\"><h2 class=\"title\">1. A few grams \u201con top\u201d is no small thing <\/h2><span class=\"line\"><\/span><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5cdb332 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"5cdb332\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>In the kitchen, they often work \u201cby eye\u201d: a little more sauce, a slightly larger piece of meat, \u201cto make it look nice.\u201d.<\/p><p>From a chef&#039;s point of view, it&#039;s about taking care of the guest. From a business point of view, it&#039;s uncontrolled overspending.<\/p><p>When this happens in every serving, the restaurant loses part of its profit every day, even with good sales, and then the inventory doesn&#039;t match up and it&#039;s unclear why there&#039;s a shortage of products.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a02de64 thim-ekits-heading-text-left elementor-widget thim-ekits-heading elementor-widget-thim-heading\" data-id=\"a02de64\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"thim-heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"sc_heading text-left\"><h2 class=\"title\">2. For the owner, it means unnecessary expenses.<\/p><p>The kitchen is not just about food production. It is the area where a restaurant\u2019s profit or loss is formed.
