They invest money in renovations, dishes, advertising, decor, but not in knowledge of the operational work of the establishment. And this is what leads to the fact that there is a building and furniture, there are guests, but there is no profit. Honestly, if I were starting from scratch and had no experience in this field, I don\u2019t even know if I would trust the knowledge of other people?<\/p><p>Learning the restaurant business is not about \u00abtheory.\u00bb It\u2019s about money saved and earned that the owner doesn\u2019t lose every day. But I still want to break down some points:<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5b3bee0 thim-ekits-heading-text-left elementor-widget thim-ekits-heading elementor-widget-thim-heading\" data-id=\"5b3bee0\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"thim-heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"sc_heading text-left\"><h2 class=\"title\"> 1. But what does he get then:<\/p><blockquote><p>\u2013 the menu is prepared \u00abas tasty as possible\u00bb, not as profitable (when developing and tasting the menu, no analysis is carried out);<br \/>\u2013 does not have an analysis of suppliers&#039; pricing policies;<br \/>\u2013 staff sells what is easier, not what is more profitable;<br \/>\u2013 promotions are invented \u00abbecause everyone is doing it\u00bb;<br \/>\u2013 does not understand the critical break-even point.<\/p><\/blockquote><p>And this is only a small part of the reasons. This is not a business. These are experiments that cost tens of thousands of hryvnias every month.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c329e5e thim-ekits-heading-text-left elementor-widget thim-ekits-heading elementor-widget-thim-heading\" data-id=\"c329e5e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"thim-heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"sc_heading text-left\"><h2 class=\"title\"> 2.
