I am Olena Shevchenko, founder of the restaurant business school RestaVR <\/h2><\/span><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

I have been working in the restaurant industry since 2012. My journey began with the international chain of Italian restaurants Ciro's Pomodoro, where I worked as a PR manager and organized large conferences. Then - the hotel and restaurant complexes "Berloga", "PryLisne", "Iris", where I gained powerful practical experience in holding banquets, conferences, organizing concerts, meetings of first persons and off-site events.<\/p>

I am an economist by education, so I always focus on numbers in my work. What is important to me is the analysis of financial indicators and what I can do for the restaurant to increase turnover. I have practical cases of launching and restarting projects, training staff, and developing standardization.<\/p>

I founded my school in 2023, starting with the course "\u00abBasics of the restaurant business<\/a>\u00bb for managers and owners, and later \u2013 with the program \u00abRestaurant administrator<\/a>\u00bb". During this time, I have had regular clients and I am very happy with their results, many students have completed the training, opened their own establishments, conducted restarts, and introduced standards into the work of their teams.

Despite the complete blackout, working on a generator, and all the difficulties of that period, I firmly decided to create the school I dreamed of. Today it is a living educational space where I combine my own experience, practical tools, and expert knowledge of invited speakers. In the courses, we use professional game methods that help identify the strengths and weaknesses of the institution's work and find points of growth.<\/p>
