What is a restaurant game and why is it effective?

🎲 How the game goes
- Questionnaires - staff fills out a survey where we identify internal problems, weaknesses, and suggestions for improvement.
- Card game - everyone chooses a card, forms a pair and acts out a real-life restaurant situation. After that, we create an algorithm of correct actions.
- Rating - participants mark in the second questionnaire which couple they liked the most. The winners receive a gift.
- Analysis - we analyze errors, summarize the results, and generate a report for the owner.

- Online version – for those who want to conduct training for restaurant staff remotely. You receive a script, tasks, and real-time support from a facilitator.
The duration of the program depends on the number of participants and the level of training of the team. Living expenses (transportation + accommodation of the coach) are paid separately.
